Covid-19 Update

We are all so happy to see our students again and are excited to get back to teaching and interacting with our kids. All of our schools are open normal business hours.

Since we must still follow guidelines surrounding the corona virus we have limited spaces available and have implemented a few changes in order for us to comply with city/state and childcare licensing regulations.

Below is a list of things we are doing to ensure the safest and healthiest possible care for your child.

  • We will take all children from parents at the door.

  • All children's temperature will be taken upon entry (please wait for results)

  • All children's shoes will be disinfected upon arrival.

  • All children will wash hands as soon as they enter the classroom, and more frequently throughout the day.

  • We will maintain a maximum of 1:9 teacher/student ratio in all classes (age may lower ratio).

  • Classrooms will be arranged to provide social distancing between children.

  • Playground equipment will be disinfected after each class use.

  • Staff will wear masks or protective facial covering.

  • Children have the option to wear a mask but must bring a Ziploc bag to hold the mask when they are not using it. (ex: eating, napping)

  • Children will be in the same classroom from drop off to pick up and won't be mixed with other classes throughout the day.

  • If children are exhibiting any cold like symptoms, please do not bring them. If they start symptoms in care, we will have to have someone pick them up immediately.

  • We will not be able to provide spare clothes for your child in case they have a potty accident or get dirty, please bring 2 changes of clothes in a zip lock bag.

When you drop off your child, please give yourself an extra few minutes as the process of receiving them may take longer than usual because of the procedure we have to now follow. We will be placing tape 6 feet apart outside the door to provide a safe distance between all families at heavier drop off and pick up times. We will also have a sign-in and sign out book that must be filled out at drop off and pick up (no exceptions).

Tuition is due the first day you drop off your child for the week. We will not be able to except your child without payment. Payments may be made by credit/debit card at the door, over the phone or by cash. We also have an automatic payment form that may be filled out to be processed every Monday.

We appreciate your patience and understanding with these new policies and look forward to providing the best possible care for you and your child. If you have any questions please call the school or send a text through remind. We hope all our families are safe and healthy during this unfamiliar time.

Stay Tuned!
